Yin & Sound event
$65.00 AUD - $70.00 AUD
Join Tida and her guest teacher for a calming journey that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
In this special session, our collaborating teacher will guide you through a luxurious yin yoga practice designed to gently stretch the connective tissues and invite you to turn inward. As you melt into long-held, supported postures, you’ll begin to release physical tension and settle into deep stillness.
At the same time, Tida will offer the enchanting sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums, and Koshi chimes creating a soundscape that supports the body’s natural capacity for healing and restoration. The vibrations of these instruments help cultivate a state of inner calm and heightened awareness.
This experience is a gift to yourself or a loved one combining the deeply restorative nature of yin yoga with the therapeutic effects of sound healing. Together, these practices help regulate the nervous system, ease stress, and encourage a harmonious flow of energy throughout the body and mind.
This session is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. The practice is gentle, grounding, and mostly stationary, supported by props for maximum comfort and ease.
