Tida Happy Yogi brings yoga to your workplace at your preferred time. Classes are tailored made for each company’s requirements. Classes are various styles from energising flow to relaxing meditative. 


Class options 

Lunchbox short and no sweat yoga class 

A great short but sweet yoga which could be done on a chair or the floor. Reconnection to the breathing helps recentre the body and mind. Enjoy a good stretch, slowing down and the pause to revive the body to get ready to return to work. 

Full hour yoga class 

A longer duration class my have various styles including vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra. This length of time allows more time for staff to slow down, pause and refresh their body and mind with the conscious breathing and movement. It promotes a better performance in the workplace.

Team building special events

A great option if looking for something fun for the team or want to energise the staff at your conference. It could include yoga, mindfulness and meditation or a break-out the session(s). Both can be done with or without yoga clothes. Mindfulness & Meditation Regular classes or one-off workshops to introduce mindfulness into your organisation in an easy to follow format to encourage the staff to bring more mindful awareness into their day. 

Guided Relaxation 

Never underestimate the power of the stillness. It rejuvenates the body and mind without doing anything. This type of meditation is known as yoga nidra. It is a guided relaxation of 20-30 minutes and is believed to be the equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. It helps reduce stress, increases energy and releases muscle tightness in deeper level.
